Thank you for choosing Lightness Photography! To pay a deposit, simply choose the Package you want and then click the Paypal, Venmo or Credit Card button. All major Credit Cards accepted. (CC transactions are handled by Paypal - You do NOT need a Paypal Account)

Portrait Package deposits are preset at 50% for each package. The deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is received more than 72 hours prior to your scheduled session (minus any hard costs incurred, such as permits or plane tickets). Hawaii sales tax is 5% and is added on to the deposit.

By hiring Brett Hutton of Lightness Photography, (hereafter known as "Photographer"), unless otherwise specified in writing, you agree to the following terms:

The Photographer retains the copyright to all images and the derivative works thereof. If you have received digital images from your session, you will receive the print rights and they are licensed to you for any reasonable personal purposes, including printing, copying, emailing, and web publishing (you can also use it for your own personal business/website as well). Your license does not include any use that results in commercial or financial gain, including but not limited to: advertising, stock photography, print sale profits, or resale of any nature. 

You grant permission to the Photographer to use or publish any or all of your images, in whole or in part, individually or in connection with other material, in any and all media, including the internet, for the Photographer's self marketing purposes, specifically including illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising, and trade, without restriction as to alteration; as the Photographer so chooses.

(IF YOU HAVE PRIVACY CONCERNS, please bring this to our attention! We have no desire or intention to violate your privacy, and we understand some clients desire or need more privacy than others).

When posting to social media accounts, the Photographer will never use your full name and care will be used to not embarrass, shame or cause concern. Your images will also never be sold without your express written consent.

You release the Photographer from any claims or demands that may arise out of or in connection with the use of your photographs expressly for the promotion of the Photographer, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or violation of any right of publicity or privacy. This authorization and release shall also inure to the benefit of the heirs, legal representatives, licensees, and assigns of Photographer, as well as the person(s) for whom the Photographer took the photographs.
