How We Do It
Our approach to Spokane residential real estate photography is by creatively using wireless flashes to light up the interior of dark rooms in condos or houses in a natural way to show your home listing at its best. We want to retain the blue skies and beautiful views out the windows of your luxury home listing, so we start by exposing for the window view and then carefully and selectively use off camera flashes to lift the interior lighting for a beautiful, balanced, and well lit image.

What You Get
We typically capture at least two images of every room (from different angles) as well as detail shots for interest, exterior shots, aerial drone images, and in the case of condos, amenity images such as the lobbies, fitness rooms, pool area, river views, etc.
Every Spokane real estate photography package includes two copies of every image - a full resolution version and a web-sized version so you can upload images immediately. We carefully edit all images for color and exposure. You'll receive your images within 24 hrs via online download. No watermarks are added to images.

Typical Budget Pricing
Budget Real Estate Photography
When you want good, decent photos of a property but the property simply isn’t worth investing too much money or the budget is tight, we can deliver. Utilizing HDR techniques with our high end camera gear, we can capture good images with a minimum of processing work on our end. Same day turn around. Prices typically range from $250 - $450, depending on size of home, distance to travel, time urgency. Up to four overhead drone images are included.
Typical Quality Pricing
Quality Real Estate Photography
This is our most commonly requested option, allowing for fairly quick turn arounds with excellent quality images arrived at without too many hours of editing and Photoshop shenanigans. Rooms with great outside views will be given critical attention, keeping the windows from being overexposed so as to retain the view of blue skies (a technique called “window pull,"- the banner image of this page was window pulled.). Other rooms without great views out the window may or may not be window pulled. Next day turn around is typical. Four to eight overhead drone images are included.
Architectural Real Estate Photography
Typically reserved for the high end homes due to cost, this approach requires multiple visits to the property at different times of the day to get the best possible lighting. High numbers of photos are taken, both natural light and flash enhances, then extensive use of Photoshop is required to blend them to get the best images possible. Window views are retained, keeping the blue skies and beautiful views out the windows of your luxury home listing. This approach maximally showcases the beauty of the home but comes with the requisite price tag due to the level of time/work involved. Prices…totally custom based.
Zillow 3D Tours are a $150 add on option for homes up to 2500 sq/ft.
