Maternity photography sessions can be done at anytime during your pregnancy as long as you are comfortable and relatively mobile. Maternity pregnant baby bump photography is on location at a local park, a mountain vista, nearby river (or even your own home), and range from 30 to 90 minutes depending on the package. 

Locations can be almost anywhere with the Spokane - Coeur d’Alene local area, depending on the package selected.  The best time of day for Spokane baby bump pregnancy photography is either early in the morning (near sunrise) or late afternoon and sunset for the softest, warmest light. However, sessions can also be mid-day as well if that works better for your energy levels.

Within a few days of your Spokane maternity portrait session, your images will be uploaded to an online gallery for viewing and downloading. Upon receipt of final payment, you will be able to immediately download your digital images direct to your computer. Additional high quality prints, enlargements and other products such as collages and photo books are available for purchase right from your gallery as well. 

Spokane Maternity Portrait Packages

Each maternity package below includes a personalized online gallery where you can view, print and share your images. All sessions are a personalized mix of candid and posed photos, to your preference. All images are edited for color, clarity and composition, with occasional small blemish retouching.

*SOOC stands for “Straight Out Of Camera,” unedited proofs.
**Edited images are edited for color, white balance, exposure, cropping, straightening, etc, as well as general clean up. Editing is at the discretion of the photographer. Does not include “photoshopping.” All the images shown on this website were edited & delivered as shown.

Just So We’re Clear - We’re Not Like Most Photographers…

Unlike most photographers, we do things a bit differently here. We like to keep things simple and we prefer a more casual approach to our Spokane Surprise Proposal Photo sessions.

First, we don’t have separate session packages followed up by additional print selection packages. We have one simple price with one simple product: digital images. Yes, you are more than welcome to purchase prints through us (from your online gallery) and we’re happy to help you fine tune them, but you don’t need to purchase prints through us. Ever.

Second, we tend to shoot a least 200+ photos during a typical 60 min session and you get to download and keep ALL the images we take straight-out-of-camera (SOOC). You then get to choose the images you want us to edit- we don’t choose for you.

Third, we’re strictly an on-location photographer - like local parks, mountains, forest, rivers, cool local spots, etc. All year around. We do not have a studio. We like to be outside in nature, even when it’s not so beautiful or perfect. So if having every hair perfectly coifed is important to you, a studio photographer would be a better option. Our #1 Moto is “real over perfect.” Of course, we want to show you at your best but our #2 Moto is “don’t sweat the small stuff.”

Details & Other Fine Print

Deposit & Session Reservation
A deposit is required to reserve your maternity photography session. However, the deposit is 100% refundable if canceled more than 72 hours before your scheduled session. The deposit can be paid on the Booking Page.

Locations
Session locations can be nearly anywhere in Spokane, Coeur d’Alene valley area. We know lots of wonderful places, yet we're always open to new adventures. Please see our Locations Page for popular locations in the Spokane, Coeur d’Alene area.

Refunds & Weather
Refunds are NOT given for anything beyond our control - like weather, wind, sunburns, rain, wet clothes, etc. Rescheduling due to weather is at our discretion only  - but don't worry, we want awesome photos just as much as you do so we'll always do our best to work around inclement weather. In fact, we like slightly disturbed weather...it makes for more beautiful images!

After The Session
After your session, your Spokane maternity photographer will upload your SOOC images to an online gallery for viewing, downloading and selecting the images you want edited. In your gallery, you'll be able to purchase prints as well as additional edited images if you desire (see our FAQ’s page for more info). Once you've decided on the prints and sizes you'd like to order, we will do a final touch up edit on your selected images before sending them to the printer.

Besides the usual prints, there are many other great products that you may enjoy, such as custom print collages (see image below), canvas fine art, albums and photo books.
